  2. Today I say my farewell to my precious Aunt Lee Ann at her celebration of life surrounded by family and friends. Aunt Lee Ann McCarthy I remember you for your contagious personality and laughter, late night campfires with your guitar and the many songs you sang, always saying “Don’t post about personal shit on fb”, your love and talent for music, and your ability to make anyone laugh. I never got a chance to tell you this but I think you did an amazing job raising your sons Ricky, Pat and Travis. They’ve turned out honest and well spoken and I know you’re mighty proud of your boys. Play your music among the stars with Nanny, Pappy, Aunt Doreen, my brother Allan, cousin Shane, and my Dad. Thank you for the time we got to spend together. Rest easy and pain free now my sweet Auntie. Until we meet again. I’ll miss you Auntie. And please say hi to my Dad and brother for me.

  3. My dear aunt Lee Ann… so many memories of you from the past 40+ years, from Jocko Point, Carol Campsite Family reunions to playing the guitar at camp fires with my dad just to mention a few. A true soul, unparalleled honesty through your genuine nature. You have always given so much of yourself to that of others and have always had an open door or a shoulder for anyone in need. Your character shines like the brightest star in the sky and it is of no wonder why you are loved dearly by so many. You surely will be forever missed not having you in body only to carry you with us in our souls. For all the sorrow in this great loss, Lorrie and I extend our condolences through thoughts and prayers for all those you love and all who love you dearly. Go now, free from suffering, be with Nanny, Pappy & Muffin, uncle Norm, aunt Doreen and all predeceased family and friends. Sing while strumming your guitar for all who surround you now and play for those in this life who carry your presence with them until you meet us all again in our next journey. With love and much sorrow. May peace be finding you well.

  11. I’m so sorry for the passing of Lee Anne. My heart is heavy as i sit an think about her. She was so fun and had a great sense of humor. I will miss her chats and her poking fun now and them. It just goes to show that life is short and to be honest you should always eat the cake. You may not get the chance to enjoy it again. Rest in peace. Love you always. Yvonne.
