Lashbrook, Beverley Ann

Beverley Ann Lashbrook (nee Berry) passed away at Health Sciences North, Sudbury on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at the age of 69 years. Beverley is survived by her daughter, Sarah Lashbrook (Marie) of Sudbury and her two cherished grandchildren, Katrina and Jonas.  Predeceased by her husband Brian in 1991, and parents Helen Kathleen (Kay) in 1992 and Alcide Oliver (Sid) Berry in 2017, as well as her brothers Kenneth (1972) and Gregory (2013).  She will be sadly missed by her siblings Patricia Seguin (Roger), Heather Breadner (Ken) of Britt, Donna Deschene (Robert) of Espanola, Stephen Berry of Espanola, Mark Berry of Sudbury, Kathy Berry of Espanola, and Kirk Berry of Espanola, as well as her many nieces and nephews. In her early years, Bev worked as a cook and home care worker.  More recently, she enjoyed the role of “Mimi” to her grandchildren.  She loved canasta with her sisters-in-law, playing with her dog, Bella, and telling groan-worthy jokes. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:30pm on Sunday, December 1, 2019 where friends and family may stop in to share stories and fond memories at St Stephen’s on the Hill United Church, 1248 Lauzon Ave, Sudbury ON until 5:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Sunshine Foundation of Canada (https://www.sunshine.ca/in-memory) would be welcomed.
