Lambert-Labelle, Colette

It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing of Colette Lambert-Labelle (née Bergeron) (90 ans). Dear loving wife of the late Emilien Lambert and Réginald Labelle. Loving Mother of Denis Lambert (Lise), Suzane Stephens (Laurent Rainville), Ronny Lambert (pre deceased) (Patricia Delaye), Marcel Labelle (Carole). Colette was a phenomenal baker and cook. She took her passion to Cambrian college as an instructor and cake decorator. Loving grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Celebration of life to be announced at later date. In lieu of Flowers family asks donations be made to Alzheimer society and Hospice in Colette’s name. Special thank you to the caring staff who cared for Colette at The Elizabeth Centre in Val Caron for the past decade.  She is gone, You can shed tears that she is gone, Or you can smile because, She has lived. You can close your eyes and pray that she will come back, Or you can open your eyes and see all that she has left. Your heart can be empty because you can’t see her, Or you can be full of the love you shared. You can turn your back on tomorrow And live yesterday. You can remember her and only that she is gone Or you can cherish her memory and let it live on. You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back Or you can do what she would want; Smile, open your eyes, love and go on!  In loving memory of Colette Labelle March 8th 1929 – January 1st 2020.

  1. Our sincere sympathies to the family. I knew Mrs Lambert-Labelle from my early childhood. Suzanne was my best friend from the flour mill and when they moved to Azilda. I remember Mrs Lambert-Labelle as a super nice lady. Used to love going to her place for sleep-overs. I remember going for rides with the family in their little volk-wagon. All good memories. May she now rest in peace and our thoughts are with the family. Viviane Roy
