It is with heavy hearts that the family of Anne Kozak (nee Plechan) announces her passing on Friday, January 12, 2018 at Pioneer Manor at the age of 100. Born in Montreal to the late Dimitry and Wasilina (nee Kolenczuk) Plechan. Beloved wife of the late Metro Kozak. Loving mother of Metro Jr. (Mary) and Gary (Debbie). Cherished grandmother of Larysa, Renata, Myron, Matthew, Tanya, Matthew McCormack, Kim McCormack and many great grandchildren. Predeceased by her 2 sisters and 1 brother.
