  2. Karen, Errol, and Johnny,

I am so sorry for your loss and I share your pain. John was such a positive and important part of both my personal and professional life. John gave me my first job and I was so proud to be able to employ John so many years later with my firm (perhaps his last job?). John was a true professional; I will miss his wisdom, advice, ethics and humour.
