Dear Paul & Linda: The last 15 years having Karl as our company network administrator have been good ones. We could always count on Karl to be there when we needed him and there were lots of those times both day and night. He provided a huge amount of knowledge and professionalism to our company and to me personally. I am really going to miss him and all of the conversations we had about so many topics besides computers. I hope you will be comforted by all the good memories you have of your dear and loving son Karl. Sincerely, John & Olena Hamalainen
