Haddad, Fred

It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Fred Haddad on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at the age of 91, surrounded by his two sons, at Health Science North in Sudbury, Ontario. Son of the late Frank and Zakia (nee Sickery) Haddad. Beloved husband of Claudette Haddad (nee Corbeil). Loving Father of David Haddad, Paul Haddad (Karin), and Glenn Haddad (Christine). Cherished Grandfather “Pops” of Kristi, Ryan, Danielle, Brendan, Spencer, and Sydney. Dearly loved by his siblings Norma Westendorp, Lorne Haddad (Donna), his brother in-law Rolly Corbeil (Marcy), and Rob Corbeil. Predeceased by brother Raymond Haddad (Charmaine), sister Lorice Hunt (Ralph) and brother in-law Donald Westendorp. Fred will also be missed by many loving nieces and nephews. In accordance with Dad’s wishes there will be a private immediate family celebration of life at a later date. “Death leaves a heartache no one can heal; love leaves a memory no one can steal.”

He always had a smile for me when I would go into Robert Brown’s with my concerns and never fail to ask about either my grandfather or my mother. My heartful thoughts and prayers are with you all as you face his great loss in your lives.
