It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved son and brother, Guy Pitre on December 4, 2023. He was dearly loved by his mom Rachelle Pitre and his dad Gaetan Pitre. A loving brother to his sister Lisa and husband Billy. Cherished uncle to Jayden and Taylor Carrey. Dear grandson to Evelyne and the late Fernand Roy, Gaetanne and Emile Pitre (both predeceased). Loved by many uncles, aunts, cousins, and great cousins. Sadly, missed by all his friends and the many others he touched in his life.
Guy (Twiggy) was a proud worker of the City of Greater Sudbury, when not working he enjoyed riding his Harley, his snow machine and driving his Subaru known as Bleunuit. He lived his life on his own terms and always said it like it is. His time spent with us was way too short, but his infectious smile and laugh will live in our hearts forever. In Lieu of flowers donations in Guy’s memory can be made directly to a charity of choice.
A Celebration of life will be held on December the 17th, 2023 at the Cupe 4705 Union Hall, 41 Veterans Road, Copper Cliff, ON at 1pm. Arrangements have been entrusted with Ranger’s Cremation and Burial Services Ltd. Online condolences can be posted at www.RangersSudbury.com.
