Guenette, Clémence

We are deeply saddened to announce the peaceful passing of our mother Clémence Guenette on Friday, April 14, 2023, at the age of 82.  Born in Sturgeon Falls, ON to the late Adrien and Simone Guenette (née Marleau). Loving mother of Joanne Miron (Marcel), Lise Duval (Don), Gisèle Morin (Mario) and predeceased by her son Marc Rivest. Much loved memère to Eric, Jason, Tyler, Ryan, Danielle, Stéphane and great grand-maman to Ayden, Easton, Dallas, and Sophie. Beloved sister of Denise (George), Yvonne (Victor) both predeceased, Rachel (Richard- predeceased), Diane (Leonard- predeceased), Helene (Victor), Raymond (Colette), Lionel (Pierrette), Anna (Normand), Agnes (Roger), Antoine (Marjolaine), Gaetane (Jacques- predeceased), Gaston (Gisèle), Francine, Richard (Carole), Bernard (Micheline), Victor (Lise), Francois (Sylvie), Mignonne (Mike) and Joseph (Lisa). Sadly, missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.  Special thanks to our Bayshore nurse Amanda and the Palliative Home Care Team for the care and compassion provided to our mother. A Memorial Mass will be held at St-Jacques Church on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at 11:00 am; 46 Cote Blvd in Hanmer, ON. 

Her life was a blessing and her memory a treasure. She was loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure.
