It is with profound sadness that we announce that Linda Grant (née Leblanc), passed peacefully, surrounded by her two children on Friday, April 7, 2023 at Maison McCulloch Hospice at age 73.
Beloved wife of 51 years to Ted Grant (predeceased), devoted mother of Michael (Cara Zbytovsky) and Laurie (Alain Gagnon). Cherished nana to Noah (predeceased), Koltin, Julianne, and Joëlle. Linda will be deeply missed by her brothers and sister, and fondly remember by her nieces, nephews, and treasured friends.
Linda leaves us a beautiful legacy of creativity, patience, loving gentleness, kindness, and friendship. We are all better people for having known and been in loving relationships with her.
Linda’s family wishes to extend a very special thank you to her healthcare team that cared for her along her journey and especially at end-of-life. If desired, donations may be made to Maison McCulloch Hospice.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Kevin Parish, 4610 St. Therese Street, Val Therese, Ontario, on Friday, April 14, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. A luncheon will be provided in the Parish Hall afterwards.
Linda was a amazing lady with a heart of gold. She taught me to paint with patience and laughter. To this day, every time I paint a new project l think of her. She gave me a large metal milk can before she moved to Val Therese and l designed a scenery with her in mind. I will cherish her memories!😇💔
