  1. I am so sorry to hear of Melvin’s passing and my deepest condolences go out to the Gorman Family. He had such a kind spirit and I will miss our “political” discussions that often occurred at City Hall.

  2. So sorry to hear of the passing of one of my dear childhood friends. Melvin, Ollie and my brother Peter grew up together during the best of times and in Naughton as members of Black gang, now that’s going back a long time! We often slept together in my parents backyard tent enjoying peanut butter and jam sandwiches. He taught my brother and I to hunt as the three of us shared his 22. So sorry we drifted apart I will always have wonderful memories of my old friend.
