The family announces with sorrow the passing of their beloved husband and father, Normand Joseph Gauthier of Garson on Sunday, June 25th, 2017, at Health Sciences North. Normand (Norm) is survived by his wife Annette Gauthier, his children Réel (Pamela) Gauthier, Alain (Mame) Gauthier, and daughter Chantal (Mark) Trottier, his three grandchildren, Jacques, Sara-Kate and Chandler. Norm was a man who delighted in conversation and humour. He was a man who deeply valued family; a pillar of strength and courage. Norm was quick to help others expecting nothing in return. An avid outdoorsman, and handy with a wrench, he was a "jack of all trades". He will be sorely missed by those whose lives he has touched. A sincere thank you to all the staff at HSN, and to all family and friends who have been so supportive during this difficult time. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday June 30th, 2017 at 11:00 am at St. Dominique Church, 1241 Diane St., Sudbury, followed by a light lunch.
