Fragomeni , Gisele

In the small town of Opasatika, far in the bush a beautiful flower named Gisele was born. The country flower and her family migrated to Sudbury. She was in the city now and one of her first job was cooking. And in fact, in a kitchen setting is where she met her husband Paul Fragomeni and together, they even cooked up a family of 4 daughters Betty Susan Brenda and Paula. Have you ever tried her cooking? If you did, you would know she loved you and you were loved. Her secret ingredients were Family, Food, Country Music, Love and maybe a scratch ticket or two. Despite being 100% French some might argue she was 1/2 Italian. She had so much Italian in her from the way she looked, cooked and the way she got along with her Italian sisters and brothers. Moms’ energy was magnanimous. She loved to laugh, to joke around and was always sharp with her responses. She was one sassy woman! To us she is Mom but to you she may forever be sister, grandma, auntie, GG, dear friend, the jello or spaghetti lady. Whatever dish she served it was always overflowing with love! Please join us for our mothers funeral mass on Friday July 7, 1:00 p.m. St. Andrew the Apostle Roman Catholic Church 1250 Barry Downe Road, Sudbury On. A celebration of life and lunch to follow in the church hall.
