Surrounded by his family at Health Sciences North Sudbury, it is with heavy sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Dale Folz, age 63 on Monday, May 20, 2019. Loving father of TJ (Tasha), Krista and Ryan. Predeceased by his son Jason, daughter Sandy and father Donald. He leaves behind his beloved partner Joyce McCann, her children, Vannessa and Nicholas. Survived by his grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, mother Betty Anne, sisters Kim (Lyn), Debbie (Jim), Rhonda and brother Daryl (Jeannette). In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place, there will be no service or visitation. In lieu of flowers, donations to Health Sciences North - Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated.
My deepest condolences to Dale and his family I’m not very good at leaving messages cause there is so many things I would like to say but is there any place to make donations he was a really nice guy to me all the time he will be missed by me and my crew (#2) even though he was on a different crew he touched a lot of people’s lives.
