Farmer, Cindy Lynn (nee Milne)

It is with great sorrow the family announces the sudden passing of our beloved Cindy Farmer in Sudbury on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at the age of 43. Cherished wife of Philippe Farmer. Loving mother of Tyler and Riley. Beloved daughter of Audry Milne (predeceased) and little Poopsie to her father Gordie Milne. Treasured sister of Shawna Milne (Rob Watson) and Melissa Hayes (Brian Hayes). Daughter-in-law of Michel Farmer. Cindy will be sadly missed by the Farmer, Milne and Zimmer families, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, especially, Kelsey, Brianna, Jacob and Joshua, her grandparents Wilfred and Catherine Zimmer and the late Gordon and Evelyn Milne and her “little girl” Sandy. Cindy was a strong member of the community who selflessly gave of her time to support the many functions and fundraising efforts for the many activities her boys where involved in. You would often find her at the hockey arena and baseball field cheering the loudest, encouraging her boys on. Cindy and her mom Audry have reunited and together they’re dancing in heaven. “We don’t know why you had to go, but we do know we’ll miss you so. With your big smile and sense of fun, we can’t take it in that you are gone. You brought joy to every life you touched and you’re missed so very much. But a beautiful life lives on forever and memories of you we will always treasure.” A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Holy Redeemer Church, 1887 Bancroft Dr., Sudbury, on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. Honouring Cindy’s wishes, a Celebration of her Life “big party” will be held following the service at the Caruso Club, 385 Haig St., Sudbury where family and friends are welcome to gather from 12:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made payable to Melissa Hayes on behalf of the Farmer Family or e-Transfer to mom2jajo@gmail.com.

  3. Our sincerest condolences to Phil, Riley, Tyler and Cindy’s whole family on your loss.
Cindy was very welcoming to Aaron and I when we joined the Jr Voyagers baseball team last year. She helped make us feel welcome and included. We will remember her fondly and will especially think of her whenever we hear cheering from the ball stands.

  6. My Deepest and most sincere condolences to Cindy’s family. I knew Cindy through work and can honestly attest to the joy it was speaking to her on a daily basis. She often spoke of her children and family and I could hear her smile and pride through the phone each and every time. I will miss my chats with Cindy but am happy she touched my life even if only for a brief time.

  7. My deepest condolences to The Milne/Farmer/Zimmer Family for the loss of such a beautiful person. Cindy was a friend I met in grade school who was a joy to be around. I am thankful that I was able to have shared a part in Cindy’s life as she shown me the meaning of true friendship. She was kind, considerate, funny and I will remember the great times we shared. She will be so very missed by so many.

  8. Sincerest condoleances to Phil and the boys. This is not supposed to happen to a person so full of life, so compassionate and so young. May God give her family strength during these very difficult times and friends and family give you the support you will need to go on in a life without Cindy.
We met her many years ago when our daughter Mariza was working at Wendy`s with Cindy and then together with Kevin Bissonnette (who became her husband) we would see Cindy at all the hockey games and events, she always remembered us and would smile and say hi there Mr and Mrs Bozzato — this brought warmth to our hearts every time we saw her. We will also miss her contagious smile and we hope she`ll be there looking over her two boys and guiding them all along their paths. With deep sad hearts we send you this condolence, Edda and Danilo Bozzato
