In Loving Memory of Laurent Duquette, 55 years, who passed away Saturday, February 8, 2020, at Maison McCulloch Hospice after a battle with Brain Cancer. He worked for SCR Mining and Tunnelling as an Electrician Supervisor for 24 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Dominique, stepdaughters Roxanne (Paul), Amy (Greg) and Melissa. Beloved son of Rolland and Diane (née Latour) Duquette (Marc). Dear brother of Suzanne and Denis. Sadly missed by his nieces and nephews, Michel, Nicholas, Jamie-Lee (Kevin), Jessica (Denver) and Leah (Chad). Laurent loved Fishing, hockey and was a whiz with computers. His ashes will be scattered at his favourite fishing spot at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to the Northeastern Cancer Foundation. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Paroisse Ste-Marguerite-d'Youville, 4290 Old Hwy 69, Val Therese, followed by a Celebration of Life. Family will receive family and friends at 9:30 a.m.
I knew Laurent for several years. He was a very kind man and a great person.
So sad to hear about this great loss. Peace be with his family in this difficult time.
