The family announces with sorrow the passing of Joe Desforge at Health Sciences North on Friday, September 2, 2016 at the age of 79. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth (Libby) Desforge. Loving father of Sonya, Joseph Jr. (Sandra), Reine (Sandra), Patrick, Richard (Kerry) and Beverly (Joey). Joe will be missed by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Loving son of the late Alexander and Beatrice Deforge(Albert). Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Joe will be remembered for his love of hunting, fishing and the great outdoors, as well as for his passion of bowling. He will be missed by all who knew him. . A Celebration of Joe’s life will be held at the Wahnapitae Community Center, 161 Glenbower Cres., Wahnapitae, on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. followed by a light lunch.
