It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing of Noël d’Entremont on Monday, April 9th, 2018 at Health Sciences North after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved Father of Melissa Rocca (Giovanni) of Sudbury, Shanna McAndrews (John) of Val Caron. Cherished Grandfather of Alex, Noah, Tanner and Sophie. Loving son of Raymond and Noëlla (Gagnon) d’Entremont of Sudbury. Brother of Ronald (predeceased), Conrad (Elizabeth) of Sudbury, Richard (Susan) of Val Caron, Claude (Kelly) of Levack, Carole of Etobicoke, Robert (predeceased) and Gilbert (predeceased). Born in Sudbury, Noël was raised in Awrey Township. He attended elementary school in Markstay and Secondary School at Hanmer High. Noël attended Centennial College in Toronto where he graduated as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic. He then began his career with CN rail, worked for NCE and Industrial Fabrication. Noël enjoyed gardening, fishing and cruising on his Harley Davidson. At Noël’s request a Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 4-8 at the Caruso Club (upper level), 385 Haig St. in Sudbury. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
