It is with broken hearts we announce the sudden passing of our dear son Hunter, on Sunday, June 23, 2019 at Health Sciences North, at the age of 22. Cherished son of Vanessa (Vincent) Knelsen and Frank Knelsen, sadly missed by his brothers, Jordan D’Amour (Amanda Nykilchyk) and Peyton Knelsen, step sister, Summer-Lyn Siemens. Fondly remembered by his aunt Roxanne Krystia (Kevin) and uncle Robert Vincent, niece and nephew; Lily and Dawson D’Amour, cousins Kody and Owen Krystia and Owen Benoit-Vincent, grandparents Richard and Lennaie Vincent and great grandparents (late Lionel) and Lucille Vincent, Bud and Irene McKinnon and dear girlfriend Emilie Frenette. Cherished son of Derek D’Amour and Jill D’Amour, step siblings; Samantha, Ashley, Brett and Brandon, fondly remembered by his grandparents Gilbert and Mary D’Amour, his uncle Michael (Gayle), predeceased by his uncle Richard D’Amour, cousins Christopher D’Amour (Ashley), Curtis D’Amour and Jessica King. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday June 29th, 2019 from 2-4 pm at 44 Paul St. Azilda. Memorial donations in Hunter’s name may be made directly to the Sudbury Outpatient - Diabetes Care Service at Health Sciences North.
