It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Ted Craig, at his home on Friday, July 17, 2020, with his loving family by his side. Beloved husband of Cecile Craig (née Potrais), and his children Greg Craig (Joanne) of Wahnapitae and Barb Rienguette (Greg) of Coniston. Cherished Papa of Tyler (Leah) Craig, Kayla Rienguette, and Chancey (Matthieu) Miron, and Great grandpa of Logan, Brennan, and Aria. Son of the late Edward and Alma Craig. Dear brother of Bev Drabick (Jim – predeceased), Fran Neabel (Ross), and Eunice all predeceased. Sadly missed by his special friend Ron Rintala. Ted was a lifelong resident of Wahnapitae and the proud owner, operator of Craig's Haulage for 45 years. He loved blueberry picking, onion planting, snowmobiling, and camping with his friends. He loved the company of his grandchildren and great grandchildren. In light of the current pandemic, there will be an outdoor celebration of life at the family home on August 22, from 1-4pm, that is in keeping with COVID regulations. In lieu of flowers, donations made directly to The NEO Kids Foundation or Maison McCulloch Hospice in Ted's name would be appreciated.
