It is with great sadness the family of Melodie Carriere announces her passing. Melodie passed away surrounded by family on Tuesday, October 8th, 2019, at the young age of 36, at Health Sciences North in the City of Greater Sudbury. Preceded in death by her parents, Roland and Fay Carriere, she leaves behind many family and friends. Melodie was a beautiful soul full of love, and was a devoted wife to her best friend and soulmate, Quentin Jack, and mother to her fur baby Shadow; a loving sister to Angel Mannisto (Mark), Jennifer Armstrong (Brian), James Pigeau (Kelly), and sister-in-law Dianne Morelli (Mike); as well as beloved daughter-in-law to Annette Jack, and surrogate granddaughter to Patsy Ransom Brouillette. She will be extremely missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Melodie loved to barbecue, sing, and watch movies, and was a true force to be reckoned with. To know Melodie was to love her!  

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Nickel City Hotel on Friday, October 11th, 2019, from 7PM to 9PM. The family welcomes any donations made to the Canadian Mental Health Association in Sudbury, or the Sudbury Heart and Stroke Foundation.
