It is with heavy heart that the Burton family announces the peaceful passing of Robert Terrence “Terry” Burton on May 10, 2019 at the Timmins & District General Hospital with his Stepson Dale Heckman (son of Ruby Burton late wife of Terry) by his side. Predeceased by his parents Alexander and Margaret, brother of Shawn (predeceased), Ronald (predeceased), Judy (predeceased), Hughie (predeceased), Gerald and Maurice. Father of Laurie (predeceased), Tracy (Bill) and Robert (Niki). Stepfather of Dale, Dave, Doug, Darlene and Debbie. Terry will be missed by numerous nieces and nephews, grandchildren as well as friends and family from Nova Scotia, Alberta and Sudbury. A very special thank you to the staff at the Timmins Hospice for the care and compassion in Robert’s final days.
Uncle Terry will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Sending special prayers of grace and comfort to his children and siblings. Forever in our hearts.
