It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Adrien Brisson on, Friday, September 22, 2023.
Born on December 27, 1937 to the late Lionel Brisson and the late Marie Jeanne (nee Rochon). Adrien was the beloved husband of 63 years to Dorothy (Prime) Brisson. Loving father of Kathleen Brisson (Mark), John Brisson (Darlene) Michael Brisson (Nancy) and Tammie Hunter (John). Cherished grandfather to Maxwell, Krystal, Brittany, Salina, Nicholas, Jacob and 12 great-grandchildren.
Adrien loved his work as a diamond driller, and often boasted about passing that passion for the drills down to his two sons. He had a patient ear and spoiled both his girls with love and kindness. He was known for his amazing work ethic, enjoying his retirement days tinkering in his garage and always carrying a tune.
A private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Stan & I send our sincerest condolences to Dorothy and all of their families. Andre was a good friend and helped Stan get a job on the hydro drilling many yrs ago when we were on strike from INCO.
The Brisson family were SKEADONIANS and are still remembered here. It is never easy to lose a loved one and there seems to be many leaving us this year. Hugs to DOROTHY & ALL THE FAMILIES.
