Brennan, Yvette (nee David)

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Yvette Brennan (nee David), surrounded by family and friends on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at the Health Sciences North. Beloved mother of Karla Brennan (Jason) and Melissa Brennan-Carriére (Donat). Cherished grandmother of Karson, Carter, Preston, Hannah and Connor. Loving daughter of Francis and Charlotte (nee Trottier) David and step-daughter of Harry Welch all predeceased. Dear sister of Mike David (Betty), Francis David (Roxanne), Melanie MacAuley (Linc), Marjorie Richards (Ken). She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. The family would like to send a special thank you to Staff in the ICU at Health Sciences North for their care and compassion. In keeping with Yvette’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Yvette’s memory directly to the Canadian Liver Foundation.

  4. It has been a day of memories. Yvette and I had so much fun growing up. You never wanted her angry with you but she was the best person to have on your side truly loyal.. Family always came first! She was such a fighter in adversity someone I admired and hold as the measure of how I should live. I have a hole in my heart now that she is gone. My thoughts are with you all at this time.
