Bordeleau, Stephanie Lynne

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our precious angel, Stephanie who passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Health Sciences North in Sudbury on Thursday, November 11, 2021, in her 49th year. Beloved wife of David. Cherished mother of Kayla (Josh), Racheal (Dylan) and Deanna (James). Loving daughter of Virginia Carter (late Bruce). Special sister of Brenda Nadon (Dave). Precious daughter-in-law to Herb and Barb Bordeleau. Sister-in-Law to Denise Holditch (Dan). Special aunt to Nathan, Mariah, Leah, Laura, and Abby. Stephanie loved and adored all her extended cousins and especially those that considered her their aunt. Stephanie was born and raised in Desbarats. She worked for many years at her family business in Bruce Station. When Stephanie married David, they moved to a farm they purchased on Cloudslee Road where she started her farming life with David. Her greatest passion in life was raising her 3 daughters and her doors were always open for family and friends to visit. She loved camping, fishing, playing games and family events. She enjoyed the fly-in-fishing trip with her family and friends this past September. Stephanie was a selfless, kind-hearted, compassionate person who always had a smile on her face and joy in her heart. The family would like to thank the ICU nurses and Doctors at Health Sciences North for their compassion and care over and above. A come and go visitation will be held at the Free Methodist Church, 1589 Hilton Road, St Joseph Island, on Friday, November 19th, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A Funeral will be held at the Free Methodist Church St Joseph Island on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to Make a Wish Canada at www.makeawish.ca or by cheque payable to Make a Wish.

  2. To Dave & girls, Virginia & Brenda, and extended family.
The funeral today was beautifully done and left such a wonderful picture of who Stephanie was and the legacy she leaves us. Paul did an amazing job of explaining the hope Stephanie had in Jesus and how we too can have that hope of heaven and eternity with Jesus. Stephanie portrayed the Proverbs 31 woman and we’ve all been blessed in some way to have known her. Prayers of comfort and peace to you all in the challenging days ahead.
