It is with sorrow that we announce the passing of Terry “Mop” Andrews. Dear husband of Mary (nee Wipprecht). Cherished brother of Roberta (Greg) Sarachman and Bill (Donna) Andrews. Brother-in-law of John and Susan (Dieter). Born in 1954, he was the son of Orest and Minnie (née Richard) Andrews, both predeceased. Dearly loved son-in-law of Helmut and Lila (predeceased) Wipprecht. He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and extended family. Terry will be remembered for his funny sarcasm, great smile and he was always up for a good time with friends. He had the gift of being exceptional in math, was an avid reader and enjoyed novels like his mother did. A gathering for friends and family will be held at a later date to be announced. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made directly to Wild at Heart Wildlife Refuge Centre, Lively, ON.
Condolences to the Andrews and their extended family. After moving to Toronto then to Alberta I didn’t see Terry very much anymore. Although when I went back to Waters for a visit, I would run into Mop and he always had his silly smirk and a hearty handshake for me. Life just seemed to feel a little better when he was in your presence… Sorry, nothing more to add that hasn’t already been said.

My condolences to Terry’s family. Although I lost touch with “Mop” a number of years ago, I am still saddened to hear he is no longer with us. I will always remember him from our high school years as being fun-loving, witty, always game for some fun, and even after all these years I can still hear is infectious laughter.

Mary I am truly sorry for your loss. Terry will be sorely missed by family and friends. He will be fondly remembered, as the legendary stories are retold, with humour and wonder. Most of the stories will remain classified, of course.

Mary I am truly sorry for the loss of your partner, Terry, and also of your father. Your dad made a lasting impression the one time we met. As for Terry, much of what I would like to say is still classified.

It is hard to believe that this crazy fun-loving guy has left us so soon. His laughter, anecdotes and warmth will be sorely missed. Though we moved to Southern Ontario a long time ago, it was always great to touch base or get together every now and then. Our heartfelt condolences to you, Mary, and to the rest of the family.
