Noël Pepin was born on December 21st, 1953 in Rouyn-Noranda, Québec, and passed away peacefully at the age of 72 in Sudbury, Ontario, in the early morning hours of December 30th, 2025. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Linda Pepin (née Mack); his daughter Melanie; his sons, Michel and Stephan; his stepsons, Victor and Mark (Martine); and his cherished grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Noël was the beloved son of the late Alphonse Pepin and the late Lucienne Pepin (née Matte). He was a devoted brother to Claude, Linda (Michel) and Louise Morin (Gilles), and is reunited in eternal rest with his sisters Ginette and Carolle, who predeceased him. He was also a loving brother-in-law to Bonnie Courchesne (Denis) and Bev Teeple (late Dwight).
A man of generous heart and gentle soul, Noël was always ready to lend a hand, share a warm word, or enjoy a long conversation that made others feel heard and valued. An avid animal lover, Noël had a deep affection for dogs, finding comfort and companionship in them. He also had a passion for fine automobiles and took particular pride in his cherished Corvette. He admired Marilyn Monroe, enjoyed the music of Shania Twain, and loved watching The Young and the Restless.
A true master of his craft, Noël was renowned for his exceptional skill in bricklaying and stonework, creating structures that stood as enduring examples of his precision, dedication, and artistry. His workmanship was admired by colleagues and clients alike, and his talent left a lasting mark on every project he undertook.
A celebration of life for Noël Pepin will be held at a later date.
