It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Suzanne Yolande Laforge (Stillin). She died peacefully on February 18th, 2026.
Suzanne was a beloved partner, mother, sister, aunt and friend. Her presence will be greatly missed.
Suzanne was born on October 12th, 1948, in Sudbury. She is predeceased by her parents Aime Laforge and Cecile Laforge (Beaulieu), her son Jeffrey Stillin, her sister Paulette Laforge and sister-in-law Suzanne Laforge (Pelletier). She is survived by her partner Paul Morin, her son Chad (Heather) of Calgary, her siblings Donald (Susan), Diane (Scott), Monique, Marc and Michel (Liliana).
Suzanne was a social butterfly who enjoyed hosting Christmas Eve dinners. Her lasagna was the best in family, and she created her final masterpiece for a family gathering on February 14th, 2026.
She enjoyed shopping, playing cards, and sipping Caesar in the sunshine.
Suzanne requested no funeral or memorial. There will be a family gathering at a later date and she will be laid to rest with her son Jeff.

My sympathies to the Laforge & Stillin families,
I babysat Jeff & Chad when they lived on Lillian St. One night, I decided to make the boys fries. The pot caught fire, I got the boys out of the house & tried to grab the pot to take outside. It was flaming so very hot. I had to put it down on the floor, grabbed a towel & wet it to put over my hands, took it outside & put it in the driveway. (My first kitchen fire) Needless to say the pot burned the floor. I was so upset & cried til they got home. Sue was not mad at all, said I did a good job looking after her boys. Asked me if I was ok! Next day she called & invited me over. I thought she was going to fire me which I felt I deserved but instead she had floor samples & asked me to help her pick out new flooring. I will always remember her kindness, but that was just Sue being Sue. She will be missed but will always be remembered!
