In loving memory of Robert (Bobby) Lafleur, who passed away peacefully at Extendicare York in Sudbury on June 6, 2025, at the age of 73.
Born on December 5, 1951, to Albert (Pete) and Dovaline (Dot) Lafleur (née Forgette), both predeceased. Bobby was also predeceased by his sister, Claire. He is survived by his loving sister Pauline Bradley (Larry), his devoted son Kyle, and his loving daughter Paula (fiancé Dereck Burns).
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his dear and special friend Janet Lye, her daughter Kelsey Currie, and granddaughter Amelia — who were like a second family to him — as well as by his lifelong friend Whitey (Rick White).
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Nurse Jason and PSW CoCo at Extendicare York for their exceptional care and compassion, especially over these past few difficult weeks.
Bobby also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and friends.
As per his wishes, there will be no visitation or service.
If desired, donations in Bobby’s memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
My condolences to all family and friends. Bobby was a true gentleman who carried his days with a smile. Never a bad moment nor a dull one. He will be missed by many and was loved by all.
Rest easy Bobby,
Love BC xo

Pauline and family. I am so sorry for your loss. He was always a happy and fun guy who loved his kids and family dearly. We go back a long time and have many great times to cherish in our memories of Bob. Both he and his sister Claire and many other dear friends and family will be having a party and catching up in Heaven. Huge hugs to you Pauline and to his beautiful children….
