Campbell, James Harvey “Jim”

July 28, 1961 – Jan 9, 2026

In loving memory of Jim Campbell who passed away on January 9th at Maison McCulloch Hospice with family by his side after a brief battle with cancer. He was a devoted husband, father and family man who loved listening to music, watching tv, taking care of his family and riding on his Kubota.  He was an army veteran with the PPCLI and that tapped into his love of history and war movies.

He is survived by his wife, Lynn Campbell (Baskey) and daughter Erin Campbell. He is predeceased by daughter Paula-Lynn.

He was the loving son of Kenneth and Veronica (Hebert) Campbell, both predeceased. He was also a loving brother to David (Sue) predeceased, Janice, Lynda, Garry, Les (Nancy), and Melissa (Paul).  He was also an uncle to many nieces and nephews but had a big space in his heart for Kerri and Danielle and the fur babies.

He was son-in-law of Ron & Gert Baskey and brother-in-law of Ronda (Kathy), Bernice (Todd) and PJ.

We would like to thank all the staff at Maison McCulloch Hospice for the wonderful care they took of all of us during his stay, the staff at HSN 4North, all the wonderful doctors at the Shirley and Jim Fielding Northeast Cancer Centre that assisted us during this difficult journey.  We also wish to thank Leo Janokowski and his family for being a friend when he needed it. If you wish to do something in Jim’s memory, please donate to Maison McCulloch Hospice, HSN, Shirley and Jim Fielding Northeast Cancer Centre, or the Canadian Cancer Society. In keeping with his wishes, there will be no visitation or service.
