It is with great sorrow the family announces the passing of Claire Jeannette (Eaton) Samborski (nee Courville) on September 8,2026 at the age of 92. She is survived by her loving husband Morris Samborski and predeceased by her first husband Raymond Eaton. Daughter of the late Aldege and of the late Berthe (nee St. Pierre) Courville. Loving mother of Karen Riopel (Mike), Kevin Eaton, Derek Samborski (Lise), Jason Samborski (Kelly). Cherished grandmother of Lee-Anne Gratton (Nicholas), Kevin Riopel, (Melanie), Nathan and Jorgia. Loving great grandmother to Tyler, Dylan, Alyssa.
Claire is survived by her brother Dan Courville (Jacqueline) pre-deceased by her brother Richard Courville, Claude Courville, Conrad Courville, Gary Courville and by one sister Mignonne (Mickey) Beaudry. Sister-in- law to Peter Samborski, predeceased Gloria Berens, (Vladimir), Anne Dalle Vedove (Phil) both pre-deceased. Claire will be remembered and missed by many nieces, nephews. Claire was a successful businesswoman owning and operating Flaire Fashions Bridal and Ladies wear for 28 years. In keeping with her wishes there will be no visitation. There will be a private celebration of her life at a later date.
