Glehs, Patricia Aileen

Patricia Aileen Glehs (née Proulx)

With profound sadness, we announce the peaceful passing of Patricia Aileen Glehs (née Proulx), who passed away at home surrounded by her family after a short battle with cancer.

Patricia shared 60 wonderful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Wilhelm, and will be lovingly remembered by him; her daughters, Darlene (Denis), Cristal, Sonia (Luc), and Lisa; her sister, June; 10 grandchildren; and 7 greatgrandchildren.

Patricia was known for her quick wit, contagious laughter, and kind heart. She loved tending her flowers, spending time outdoors, and creating cherished memories with family and friends. Family vacations were among her greatest joys, and even during her most recent trip this past March, she could be found singing, dancing, and embracing every moment.

She leaves a legacy of love, strength, and laughter that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her laughter was contagious, her love was unconditional, and her memory will be a blessing to all who knew her. Patricia will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the family, friends, healthcare professionals, caregivers, and hospice team whose compassion, kindness, and support brought comfort and dignity to Patricia's final days. Your care meant more than words can express. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
