It is with deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of Terrance “Terry/Big C” Raynor. Terry passed away on April 28, 2026, at the age of 76, following a courageous battle with cancer.
Terry was a proud driller who spent 30 years dedicating his life to the industry. Terry started working at INCO in 1970, retiring in 2000. While Terry held many titles, Terry was happiest when helping and passing down his knowledge to his sons. His love for his sons was shown through his actions – always there to help however he could. Terry is survived by the love of his life and best friend, Linda Raynor (née Hunter); his children Scott Raynor (Melissa), and Kevin Raynor (Lina).
Terry is leaving behind a silence that is far too quiet. A true lover of conversation, Terry spent his life chatting with old and new friends. Even in his final days, he managed to connect with the nurses and doctors on his floor and the family will forever be thankful. He is now, no doubt, catching up with those who went before him.
As per Terry’s wishes, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations directly to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of one’s choice would be greatly appreciated.
