It is with deep sorrow and much love that we announce the passing of Pauline Gaudette, 65 years, on Tuesday, July 29th, 2025 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. Beloved wife of Joseph Rhéal Rochon. Loving mother of Crystal and Lloyd. Cherished grandmother of Devyn, Ashton, Erica, Zoe, Marshal, Autumn, Tiernan, Ezekiel, Malachi, Isaiah, Brandon, and great-grandchildren Sage and Jayce. Dear stepmother of Roxanne, Aaron, and Shane and step-grandmother of four.
Loving daughter of Edmond and Eglantine (née Jeanveau) Gaudette both predeceased. Dear sister of Ronald (Diane predeceased), Clair, and Maggie and predeceased by Yvette, Gladys (Gordon), Edmond, Raymond (Diane), André (Susan), Thérèse (Lucien), Aline (Léonard), Isabelle, Donald (Simone), Rhéal, Paul (Ann), and Linda (Keith). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
Pauline loved to cook, and one taste of something that came out of her kitchen would have you racing back for more. She loved painting, and became a certified teacher so that she could share that love with others. That theme of love filled Pauline’s whole life – she loved deeply and big, and wasn’t shy about sharing that love. Her family and friends will miss her very much – including her baby, her dog Cuddles. A celebration of Pauline’s life will be held at a later date.
My deepest condolences to Rheal, her children and all family and friends. Aunty Pauline will be missed by all. Gone but never forgotten!
