Rees, Boyd - In loving memory of Boyd Rees who passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Rita (Perreault) Rees predeceased November 20, 2000 and loving father of Susan d'Entremont (Richard), Jane Raymond (Denis), Linda Rees and Terry Rees (Shelley). Proud grandfather of Christina, Darryl, Melissa, Jessica, Sheela, Selina, Delina, Christopher and great grandfather of Alexandra, Kailey, Karissa, Keenan, Rhianna, Zephyr, Carter, Emily and Hailey. Boyd was born on Bell Island, Newfoundland on March 26, 1933. He came to Sudbury when he turned 18 and started working for Inco. He met Rita and raised four children whom he was very proud of. He played many musical instruments and was a singer too. He will be greatly missed, always loved, never forgotten. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Pioneer Manor for their care and compassion. In keeping with Boyd's wishes there will be no visitation or service. Donations can be made directly to the Alzheimer's Society.

    entertaining the families with their instruments .

  3. My Pepe had a kindhearted, uniquely humorous spirit that made everyone chuckle. He never smiled so big as when he was surrounded by his little grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was loved and cared for right til the end by his family. Pepe, we will all miss you and remember you fondly. Now it’s time to rest in peace with Meme. Love you.
