Noble, Rand

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Rand Noble on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at Health Sciences North surrounded by his loving family after a year long battle with cancer. Born in Sudbury on February 12, 1954 he was the son of the late Andrew and Mamie (nee Nahrgang) Noble. Loving father of Samantha. Cherished brother of Jack (Anita) of Barrie, Rick (Joan) of Sudbury and Bob (Faye) of Copper Cliff. He will be sadly missed by his fishing buddy Wayne Shank and Tracy Carr of North Bay as well as many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family members. Rand worked for INCO and in Elliot Lake, although his last 21 years he worked for Muskoka Transport as a transport driver. He was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman and was very passionate about his Golf game. At Rand’s request there will be no service or visitation, a Celebration of Life will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made directly to the Northeast Cancer Foundation and would be appreciated.
