McQuigge, Brenda Jean (Nee Kelly)

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brenda Jean McQuigge (nee Kelly) on Sunday, April 17, 2016 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury, ON, at the age of 73 years. Brenda joins her husband Allan Ross McQuigge, predeceased 1999 and her son Kenneth James McQuigge, predeceased 1991. Left to mourn are her two surviving siblings Harold, Faye, daughters Kelly Anne Ouellet (nee McQuigge), Kathleen Ellen McQuigge (husband Randy Huber). Cherished Nana of eight grandchildren Brooks, Alan, Hillory, Sarah, Paul, Meagan, Chelsea and Steven, and nineteen great-grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by nieces, nephews and cousins. Brenda, "Nana" greatly embodied the expression, "It takes a village to raise a child" and will fondly be remembered as "Capreol's Nana". In lieu of flowers, the family's requesting a star be purchased in Brenda's memory supporting Health Sciences North (Respiratory Unit). A Celebration of Brenda’s Life will follow at a later date.
