She was blessed with family members and very close friends that she held dear. They were all a big part of her life. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the doctors, nurses and support staff at Health Sciences North and St. Joseph's Continuing Care Centre, the amazing staff at The Walford on the Park retirement residence and the NE LHIN for the excellent care and overwhelming support they provided. As per Sylvia's wishes, there will be no visitation. A Celebration of her Life will be held at a later date. Donations to the NEO Kids Foundation would greatly be appreciated www.neokidsfoundation.ca.
