It is with heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Edward Jones (Ned), 68 years on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Health Sciences North. Ned loved life to the fullest. An avid hunter, golfer and snowbird. He loved to relax in the sun by the ocean, spending months in Florida with his best friend and loving partner of 22 years Lana Blouin. Loving father of Curtis (Lori) and Courtney (Scott). Stepfather of Jason (Tanya) and Jamie (Liane). Ned was a very proud and devoted grandfather who loved spending time with his grandchildren, Evan, Parker, Emma and Jacob. Cherished brother in law of Colleen Bodson. Ned was a loyal friend to many, whose beautiful smile and spirit lit up the room. He will be sadly missed, forever loved and never forgotten. As per his request, there will be no visitation or service. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Maison Vale Hospice or the Sam Bruno PET Scan Fund would be greatly appreciated.
