  1. My sincerest condolences to Heidi’s Family, who was at the heart of many of our conversations. I felt I had met them already through the stories Heidi shared with me.I have so much gratitude for Heidi’s guidance, to have been placed in her classroom during my teaching training, an amazing educator and mentor.

Thank you, Heidi, for being there for my graduation and inviting me to spend Christmas with your family in Hua Hin. I wish life was less busy, that we do not keep postponing catching up with dear friends, thinking there is more time. Heidi, I am so glad I met you and thank you for being such an incredible role model.

    All my love,

    Sabina

  2. Heidi was a beautiful woman inside and out! I was lucky to find a mentor within her and would not have discovered a love for teaching without her support and belief in me! She always kept tabs on me even years later to make sure I was doing okay! The love she had for her family was immense and loved hearing about all of their updates in life when she spoke about them with pride! Stuart and Heidi helped my partner and I have an unforgettable experience in Hua Hin that I will never forget! I will always remember the lessons I have learnt from her. Heidi will always be remembered and I am sending love to Stuart and the whole family!

  6. Heidi was a kind, generous, thoughtful person who was usually the first one to arrive at school and to whom some staff went to first thing in the morning, before the children arrived, to have a chat. She was the one person who was often went to, to chat, to confide. She put a lot of love and time into creating a respectful, warm learning environment for her students. She was so very brave as she fought off a very agressive cancer; she was able to return to her teaching after winning that battle, back to what she loved so much. I am saddened to learn of her sudden passing away; she was a beautiful person who gave so much to those around her. I send my sincere condolences to the family and a very special thought to Stuart, Gabriella and Thomas, three I have met and for whom Heidi was always so proud.
