In Loving Memory of Jeffrey Bruneau, 65 years, who passed away at Health Sciences North, Sudbury on Saturday, December 15, 2018. Beloved husband of Kathleen “Brenda” Jewers. Loving father of Curtis Bruneau and step father of Michel Aubin, Patrick Aubin (Lise), Nicole Aubin (Matthew Sooley), Kim Lafortune, and step-grandfather to many. Dear brother of Daniel Bruneau, Jennifer Bruneau (Suzanne Nykilchyk), Linda Farrell (Adrien) and Gayle Bruneau. Born in Sudbury, he was the son of the late Gregoire “Johnny” and Edith (née Blais) Bruneau. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and his loving dogs, Gizmo and Hunter. Jeffrey was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hockey and a good game of darts. He retired from INCO in 2003 after 30 years of dedicated service. Jeffrey was a proud member of the Executive Board for Local 2020 United Steelworkers. As per his wishes, there will be no visitations or service.

  2. Had not seen Jeff for several years after moving from Blind River to southern Ontario. I only knew him from all the Dart Tournaments but will never forget the time he & I won the doubles at The Sault Tournament, I never knew him to be anything but fun and friendly. I am really sorry to hear of his passing.

  4. Our hearts go out to Jeff’s family and many friends, words cannot express the loss we will all feel. Jeff was one of the most fun loving, dedicated and giving men we have every known, he was truly one of a kind. He will be missed and will continue to be loved by many, many people….rest now my friend, until we play once again…..
